SHIPPING

We deliver all over the world (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

Delivery is always free of charge.

Shipping takes 2 to 3 days. The delivery is generally done in 10 to 20 days everywhere in the world (except DOM-TOM where it can vary up to 1 month).

Delivery is made by your local post office.

A tracking number is attached to the confirmation email. It will be used to track your package throughout the world. To track your package, use the website of your national post office (La Poste for France for example). Your tracking number is also available in your order summary accessible from the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order.

Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the letter carrier will leave the package in the mailbox or if he does not have access to it, you will have to pick it up at your local post center. The letter carrier will leave a message in this case to let you know.

Your package is probably delayed by French customs or we have many orders like yours to ship. In this case, you have 30 days (from shipping) to receive it. Beyond the 30 days, you can ask for a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience. In any case, we assure you that you will receive your package.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange. In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 business days depending on the means of payment. For exchange, we will return an item upon receipt of the returned item. BEFORE sending back an item, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms and conditions. 


The return costs are at your expense. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size etc ...).

If you pay by credit card the refund will be done by bank and it will take 7 to 14 days depending on your bank. 

If you pay by PayPal, the refund will be made within 24 hours via express way directly to your PayPal / bank account.

For your security, all transactions are encrypted by secure software.

Under no circumstances do we have access to your banking information*.

Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped**.

** If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your card will be charged when your order is shipped. If you are returning items, the difference will usually be refunded to your credit card. If the credit card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have any questions about this.

Your payment will take a few minutes:

1. Select PayPal as your payment method when you complete your order.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one and confirm the payment.
