We ship everywhere in the world (USA, Canada, Europe, North Africa, Asia and Australia).

There is never a charge for delivery.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery may be delayed in some cases due to customs clearance in certain countries. We recommend monitoring your tracking information for updates.

For added security, you can opt for our Safe Shipping - Loss/Theft/Damage option, which protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

The postal service in your area handles delivery.

A tracking number is included in the email of confirmation. Your package will be tracked using it wherever in the world. Use the website of your national post office to trace your package (La Poste for France for example). Your order summary, which you may see from the order confirmation email you got when you placed your order, also includes your tracking number.

Delivery of your package happens during business hours (9am to 5pm). The letter carrier will leave the parcel in the mailbox if you aren't present, or you'll have to pick it up at the nearest post office if he doesn't have access to it. In this instance, the letter courier will leave you a message to inform you.

Either French customs are holding up your item or we have a backlog of orders similar to yours to dispatch. In this instance, you have 30 days to receive it (from delivery). After the initial 30 days, you can request a refund or an appreciation gift from the company in exchange for your patience. We guarantee that you will receive your package in any case.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Within 30 days, you can return your order for a refund or an exchange. Refund processing times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the method of payment. Once we get the returned item, we will return the item for exchange. Contact us via email or Instagram BEFORE returning an item to go over the policies.

The return shipping fees are on your dime. If the issue is our fault (faulty goods, incorrect color or size, etc.), a refund may be available.

If you pay with a credit card, your bank will process the refund, which typically takes 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.

Your banking information* is not accessible to us under any circumstances.

Until your order ships**, your card won't be charged.

** The amount will be reserved right away if the credit card transaction is approved, and you will get an email order confirmation. When your order is sent, your credit card will be charged. The difference will typically be returned to your credit card if you are returning products. Your order will be canceled if the credit card transaction is declined.
