Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At Autumn Dragon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products (jewelry, clothing, decoration, and accessories) purchased on https://autumn-dragon.com may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Return Window

Customers have exactly 30 days after the delivery date to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must be able to provide the order number or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@autumn-dragon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. (If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos).
  2. Once your return is approved by our team, we will provide you with the return instructions.
  3. You must then ship the product to our headquarters at the following address:

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind or incorrect size: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item to our facility in France. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable."

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If the product arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a free replacement without requiring a return, depending on the situation.

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility in France, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

6. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item. If you need an exchange for a different size (e.g., for a ring or a t-shirt), you will need to return the original item at your expense and place a new order, or contact us directly at support@autumn-dragon.com so we can assist you with the process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@autumn-dragon.com.
